The Role: The role exists to support all managers across the business to enhance their leadership capability and deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Head of L&D to look at existing opportunities to help deliver the People Plan
  • Approximately 50% of this role is delivery, 25% design, communication and 25% admin.
  • Prepared to work all over the UK
  • Proactively producing strategy for leadership development across the business using business scanning tools and research, data, feedback to recommend and show ROI
  • Working with C suite leaders to understand the needs of the business
  • Working with HR Op's to gain needs through the Talent process and via performance review data
  • Attendance of leadership events / training and then adding learnings into Care UK programmes
  • Managing the leadership budget
  • Delivery of training at all levels
  • Regular surveys, feedback and redesign of offering
  • Ensure maximum attendance of all programmes and eLearning through excellent communication, written
  • Communicating courses, opportunities to homes to ensure maximum attendance at all leadership training events.
  • Creation of content for eLearning system, videos, blogs, webinars, eLearning
  • Sourcing and working with suppliers and looking for improvements
  • Being an ambassador for all things leadership, leading the strategy, implementation, driving focus and change, putting leadership at the top of the agenda.

What We're Looking For:

  • Highly experienced facilitator / trainer
  • Deep understanding of leadership models in practice
  • Experienced in Data processing skills including ability to identify trends and patterns and to provide recommendations
  • Able to travel nationwide
