Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Nursing Home Manager
Location: Colchester, Essex
• Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced, nurse‑qualified Home Manager to lead a well‑resourced nursing home in Colchester. As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with NMC registration, you will oversee clinical care and daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC), manage and mentor the care team, and deliver a safe, person‑centred, high‑quality service.
You will take full responsibility for staffing, care planning, medication management, safeguarding, and quality assurance — supporting residents, families, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional care. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and sound organisational and financial awareness are essential.
If you are passionate about leadership in elderly or specialist care and have a proven track record in nursing home management, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
