Salary range: £43,000 - £48,000

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Partnership Manager to lead transformative partnerships at Macmillan. We are looking for a proactive and strategic individual who has proven experience in delivering mutually beneficial partnerships that go beyond income generation to make a significant impact.

About the role
As a Senior Corporate Partnership Manager, you will lead and project manage a number of activations across a portfolio of partnerships, primarily in the consumer / retail sector. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with both organisations' goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead on innovative corporate fundraising initiatives, manage key stakeholder relationships, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver sector-leading results.
You'll be the primary contact for one or more flagship partnerships, responsible for strategic planning, income growth, and cross-functional collaboration. Your role will be instrumental in delivering exceptional partnerships and unlocking new opportunities to contribute to Macmillan's mission.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive forward 2–3 strategic partnerships, ensuring growth, renewal, and long-term success
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans aligned with Macmillan's strategic goals
- Lead on proposals, programme development, and stakeholder engagement to grow partnership value
- Act as the primary contact for partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partnership activity, including service-related and influencing activity
- Manage partnership budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Provide inspirational line management to a Partnership Officer, supporting their development and performance
- Work closely with Business Development to maximise fundraising and profile potential of corporate partners
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience managing corporate fundraising partnerships worth £500K+
- Strong leadership skills, with experience of line managing or matrix managing
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, with experience of creating compelling proposals
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to step back and shape partnership plans that align with organisational goals
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work across a number of conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Evidence of delivering income performance against targets
