Job Description

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support management personnel and facility operations.

Based full-time onsite at Earls Gate Energy from Waste facility, this role ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of administrative activities while assisting engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication including calls, emails, and interactions with internal and external visitors.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, typing, formatting, copying, scanning, and maintaining documentation.
  • Organise meetings, manage schedules, and support the planning of corporate events.
  • Maintain office systems including filing structures, equipment inventories, and document control processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams with data entry, preparation of letters/reports, and contribution to special projects.
Qualifications
  • Solid experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Experience working in a technical, engineering, or industrial environment is advantageous on site.
  • Familiarity with basic HSE rules and compliance expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or teams simultaneously.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent computer and typing skills, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Understanding of office procedures and administrative best practices.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Fluent in English, with strong report writing and document preparation skills.
