About Us

Sure Jake, Inc. is building a new class of discovery-first social platform for premium creators. One that removes the constraints of algorithms, shadow bans, and rigid monetisation systems.

We're creating a place where creators can grow, engage authentically, and build sustainable income without relying on legacy social platforms.

The Role

We're looking for a Founding Head of Product to take ownership of the end-to-end product vision and bring the "all-singing, all-dancing" platform to life.

This role is equity-only until funding ideal for someone who wants meaningful ownership and the chance to shape a category-defining platform from day zero.

You will own:

Product Vision and Strategy


• Define the full Sure Jake product roadmap (v1 → scale)


• Translate founder vision, user insights, and market gaps into a cohesive product strategy


• Craft a unique value proposition aligned to premium creator needs

Product Design & Experience


• Produce 3–5 high-level UX/UI concept designs illustrating the future platform


• Build 1–2 clickable prototypes demonstrating core user flows and "aha" moments


• Establish the UX design language, usability principles, and feature hierarchy

Product Development & Go-To-Market


• Convert product vision into a clear roadmap


• Collaborate on messaging for investor materials & fundraising


• Work directly with engineering (internal or contracted) to prepare for build

Thought Partnership


• Act as a product counterpart to the Founder


• Pressure-test ideas, decisions, and value propositions


• Help shape the "story" of the product for investors and strategic hires

Who You Are

• Senior Product Manager with strong design instincts


• Consumer app or social-product specialist

Requirements


• 10+ years experience in Product, UX, or Product Design


• Strong portfolio of consumer/mobile products (must include flows + prototypes)


• Ability to turn ambiguous vision into clear design + product decisions


• Experience with Figma (or similar) for prototyping


• Good understanding of social platforms, creator monetisation, and engagement mechanics


• Strong communication and ability to work autonomously
