We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a culinary leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
