We are seeking an experienced and strategic EMEA Marketing Manager to lead our business messaging marketing efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive adoption and growth of our business messaging solutions (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram Direct). This role requires a groundbreaking leader with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy for business messaging across EMEA, aligning with global marketing objectives and regional business priorities
  • Drive marketing initiatives across the funnel: manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including content marketing, demand generation, product launches, events, and sales enablement materials, to drive awareness, consideration, and adoption among enterprise clients
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics for all marketing activities, regularly track performance, and hold the team accountable for achieving ambitious targets. Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Work closely with product, sales, partnerships, and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective go-to-market strategies, and seamless customer journeys
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in enterprise communication and AI. Position Meta as a thought leader in the space through strategic content and engagement
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, with a focus on B2B software, SaaS, or technology solutions
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful enterprise marketing strategies that have demonstrated experience of significant business growth
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the unique challenges of marketing to large organizations
  • Proven communication, presentation, and demonstrated experience working effectively, with the experience to influence and collaborate effectively with wide-ranging stakeholders
  • Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing business messaging platforms, AI solutions, or similar communication technologies
  • Familiarity with Meta's products and ecosystem, including ads
  • Proven experience thriving in a productive, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment
  • Evidence exploring the potential of AI and messaging to transform business communication and customer experiences
