We are looking for two talented individuals to join our Marketing and Communications team and help shape how we connect with our customers, communities and colleagues.

Roles available

Communications Officer
– External and brand communications

  • Deliver engaging communications across print, digital and in-person channels
  • Maintain branded materials including signage, printed collateral and digital content
  • Coordinate bus timetables, service guides and route-specific campaigns
  • Support the Brand Project Manager with service changes, fare communications and projects

Internal Communications Officer
– Employee engagement and internal communications

  • Work with the Internal Communications Manager to deliver clear, engaging and motivating communications across all internal channels
  • Support key employee events – bringing your creativity and project management skills to create engaging management conferences, awards evenings and depot open days
  • Support key initiatives and campaigns to strengthen company culture, continuously improving engagement through fresh ideas and innovative approaches

Skills and experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management and organisational skills
  • 2-3 years' experience in communications, marketing or internal communications
  • Desirable: degree or professional qualification in communications or marketing, knowledge of Adobe or digital platforms, experience in the transport sector
