Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and mechanical knowledge, enabling them to effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle needs. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also driving sales through upselling services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assess their service needs.
  • If parts are not available, it will be your responsibility to order them in time so deadlines are met.
  • Provide detailed explanations of services required and recommend additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Warranty Claims Processor you will be responsible for accurately reviewing, validating, and processing warranty claims in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Upselling skills to promote additional services and products confidently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
