Remote, United Kingdom Orange & Gray Limited Full time £32,000 per year

Role Overview

Are you passionate about building strong relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving meaningful results? At Orange & Gray, our Account Managers are trusted partners to our clients (who we refer to as members), helping them unlock value and achieve their goals.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of members, acting as their advocate while working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless, gold-standard experience. You'll balance recurring touchpoints, ad-hoc requests, and strategic opportunities, ensuring members always feel supported, understood, and excited about working with us.

About Us

We're a forward-thinking digital marketing company that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and impact. Our fully remote team embraces flexibility while staying laser-focused on helping our members and partners succeed.

We live by three values:

Growth Mindset – always learning, experimenting, and improving.

Results Focused – outcomes matter more than busywork.

Give a Sh*t – about our work, our team, and the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

Be the Trusted Partner

  • Own relationships with your portfolio of members, building trust and ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively deliver solutions that drive impact.

Deliver with Excellence

  • Lead structured calls, preparing agendas, reviewing performance metrics, and setting next-step actions.
  • Oversee all deliverables, ensuring outputs are on time, high-quality, and aligned with members' goals.
  • Produce and present monthly reports, explaining results, celebrating wins, highlighting risks, and uncovering opportunities.

Spot Opportunities & Solve Challenges

  • Act as the voice of the member internally, flagging blockers early and facilitating solutions.
  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities that genuinely support members' objectives.

Collaborate & Elevate

  • Work closely with Fulfilment and other teams to ensure smooth delivery and a consistent member experience.
  • Contribute to improving processes, templates, and automation that make life easier for both members and the team.
  • Share best practices and insights with peers to raise the overall standard of the department.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident and experienced communicator, a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a client-facing role. To be considered for the role, you must have;

  • Extensive Experience in account management, client success, or a similar role within a marketing agency.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Organisation and attention to detail — you stay on top of recurring tasks while managing multiple priorities.
  • A consultative mindset — you understand client goals and connect them with solutions.
  • Collaborative energy — you work seamlessly across teams and value shared success.

Apply now and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our growing community of members.
