With a reputation for excellence and customer service, we're expanding our engineering team to support our growing client base.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Forklift Engineer to join our dynamic field service team. You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing a range of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment, on-site at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Carry out planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on forklift trucks and related equipment.


• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.


• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.


• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.


• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as a Forklift Engineer, Plant Engineer, or similar role.


• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.


• VQ Level 2/3 in Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or equivalent.


• Valid UK driving licence.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
