Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervising team members to foster a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Coordinate food preparation and production processes to guarantee timely service and quality dishes
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction and restaurant performance
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimise waste
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu planning, food presentation, and culinary innovations

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
  • Background in food production, kitchen operations, or barista experience is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service within the restaurant setting
