Product Analyst

Hybrid – London | £45,000 – £60,000 + Equity

As
Product Analyst
, you will be part of a collaborative Data Science team that works at the heart of the company's strategy. Your mission: understand how users behave, identify what drives engagement, and turn numbers into narratives that power product innovation and commercial success.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse user behaviour and key metrics across the app to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports to track KPIs and enable self-service analytics across the organisation.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX, and Marketing teams to provide analytical input across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to experimentation.
  • Design and run A/B tests, interpreting results to guide product strategy and feature development.
  • Create data models and views to support multiple business needs in collaboration with data engineers.
  • Train and support business users in using BI tools effectively to drive better decision-making.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL skills with experience optimising queries for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience creating and managing BI dashboards and data models.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborator with experience working across cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Looker or ThoughtSpot.
  • Familiarity with Redshift or BigQuery.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B or multivariate experiments.
