Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to our strategic expansion and strengthen our market presence through innovative sales strategies and effective utilisation of CRM tools. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach efforts
  • Utilise Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyse sales data
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual benefit
  • Monitor industry developments to stay ahead of competitors and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a similar industry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM software tools
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets
  • Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential
