Inlair Easybuy Property Management Ltd, established in November 2021, is an innovative and forward-thinking UK real estate agency that combines traditional property expertise with a global perspective. The company holds a UK Sponsor Licence and offers services including property consulting, sales, lettings, and both virtual and physical office solutions for corporate clients.

We specialise in serving both corporate clients particularly overseas companies establishing UK entities that require virtual and physical offices and AML-compliant address services, and individual clients, mainly high-net-worth individuals, including both UK-based clients and those from Asia and the Middle East seeking to invest in UK properties, as well as UK clients exploring investment opportunities in Asia and the UAE.

Inlair Easybuy also provides our international clients with a comprehensive and seamless experience, which may include property viewing tours, tailored travel arrangements, vehicle coordination, and itinerary planning for those visiting the UK to explore real estate opportunities, ensuring an integrated and professional service from arrival to investment completion.

We are now seeking a Business Development Manager to support the next phase of our business growth. The successful candidate will not only strengthen domestic sales and partnership opportunities in the UK but also drive our international expansion strategy by building and managing key relationships with property developers, real estate agencies, and corporate clients in major overseas markets such as Mainland China, Hong Kong, and the UAE. This position plays a central role in connecting Inlair Easybuy with global partners, expanding our commission-based property sales network, and enhancing our cross-border real estate and virtual and physical office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior management to plan, organise, and implement sales and business strategies for both the UK and overseas markets, particularly Mainland China, Hong Kong, and the UAE.
  • Contribute to the development of new service products, such as property viewing tours, tailored travel arrangements, and itinerary planning to enhance client experience and expand company's integrated real estate service offering.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify client needs, investment trends, and emerging opportunities across target regions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners including investors, property developers, real estate agencies, and corporate clients in the UK and internationally.
  • Coordinate with overseas partners to align on marketing campaigns, cross-border investment projects, and commission-based property sales arrangements.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, investment analysis reports, and market intelligence briefings for senior management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to optimise business growth and strategic positioning.
  • Handle key corporate and individual client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Keep up to date with innovative products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Skill, experience and qualification required

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in business development, international sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the real estate, property investment, or travel-related sector.
  • International working experience with proven ability to collaborate across different cultures, especially strong experience in both the UK and China.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to coordinate effectively with overseas partners in Mainland China and Hong Kong China.
  • Proven business relationships with high net worth individual clients and corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across diverse cultures.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business development and client relationship purposes.
