Overview
As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, offering compassionate and individualised support to people with a variety of needs. You will work to empower people to live as independently as possible, promoting personal growth, social inclusion, and a high quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Providing tailored support to individuals.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal care (where required).
- Promoting independence through strength-based and person-centred approaches.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.
- Keeping detailed records and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support.
