Overview

As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, offering compassionate and individualised support to people with a variety of needs. You will work to empower people to live as independently as possible, promoting personal growth, social inclusion, and a high quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Providing tailored support to individuals.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, social activities, and personal care (where required).
  • Promoting independence through strength-based and person-centred approaches.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support.
  • Keeping detailed records and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we support.
