The Role
As a Senior Car Sales Executive, you'll be a key player in driving our new and used vehicle sales success. You'll deliver a first-class customer experience, lead by example within the sales team, and help shape the reputation of our Batchelors Omoda & Jaecoo brand in York.
You will be working closely with the Sales Manager providing support to the team to ensure the success and growth continues.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium and personalised experience to every customer, reflecting our "TLC not PLC" ethos.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets for new and used cars sales.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Support and mentor the team, sharing your knowledge and passion for great service.
- Have a encyclopedic knowledge on the Omoda & Jaecoo Products including current and future models
- Maintain and understand all available offers to ensure all customers are being provided with the best options.
- Have an eye for detail. Ensure the site is presented immaculately at all times.
About You
- Proven track record in car sales (3 Years of franchise experience required).
- A natural communicator with confidence, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Consistently exceeds targets while putting customer satisfaction first.
- Experience with finance, insurance, and compliance processes.
- Passionate about innovation and excited by emerging automotive brands.
- Full UK driving licence required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday, with a fixed day off during the week.
- Every Sunday off — giving you a guaranteed day to relax and recharge.
