Commercial & Process Improvement Administrator

About the Role
This hybrid role (remote/office-based) supports commercial and operational functions by managing administrative tasks such as planning, scheduling, data preparation, reporting, contract amendments, and system change requests. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations through exceptional communication, prioritisation, and attention to detail.

37.5 per week
Location:
UK & Ireland (remote/office-based)
Contract length: 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Workload Management & Prioritisation
- Plan and manage repeatable and ad hoc tasks
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Provide administrative support for customer contracts
- Multitask effectively and manage time to meet deadlines
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Review and validate documents and data
- Maintain accurate records for monitoring and reporting
- Ensure service levels and quality standards are met
- Challenge and improve ways of working through ongoing learning
Customer & Colleague Experience
- Handle internal and external customer queries
- Deliver exceptional service and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction
Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate clearly and proactively
- Collaborate seamlessly across teams and functions
- Keep stakeholders informed and respond in a timely manner
Preferred candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Project Management
- Process Management
- Automation
Qualifications & Experience
- GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) – Ireland
- Proven experience in administration within sales, business development, or high-volume office environments
- Experience in customer-centric roles (B2B and B2C)
Preferred candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas:
