Salary:

£28,000 per annum (4-month probation period)

Responsibilities

  • Be the right hand to our Energy Consultants, helping manage and grow client accounts.
  • Join client and supplier meetings to strengthen relationships and represent the business.
  • Support with commercial pricing, onboarding, and client-facing sales processes.
  • Analyse and verify energy bills and contracts to ensure client satisfaction and accuracy.
  • Liaise with energy suppliers to resolve billing queries and update contract details.
  • Perform critical data entry tasks, keeping our CRM and billing systems accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • A confident communicator with a keen interest in sales and account management
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and build a long-term career (not just another 9–5)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while staying accurate and client-focused
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail and follow-through tasks to completion
