Chef Manager – Leatherhead (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £34,500 per annum

Location: Leatherhead

Hours: Monday to Friday (No bank holidays or Christmas working)

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead our on-site catering operation in Leatherhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Chef Manager or a Head Chef ready to take the next step into management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative, seasonal menus
  • Manage food ordering and stock control
  • Ensure PCI compliance and complete weekly bookwork
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Support and mentor an apprentice through their qualification
  • Oversee Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards
  • Ensure full allergen and dietary management compliance

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Passionate about food, people, and service excellence
  • Confident managing budgets and compliance paperwork
