Paralegals
to join our growing team for the New Year.

The Role

You will support our Financial Mis-Selling and PPI teams, working on a varied caseload that may include:

  • Packaged bank account claims
  • PPI matters (including residual or complex claims)
  • Investment and pension mis-selling
  • Consumer credit and lending disputes
  • General financial product mis-selling work

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist department within a forward-thinking firm that is scaling rapidly across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Taking initial client instructions and maintaining regular communication
  • Reviewing case documentation and conducting initial case assessments
  • Drafting letters of claim, witness statements, and other legal documents
  • Liaising with lenders, financial institutions, and third-party agencies
  • Ensuring cases progress efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Providing exceptional client service at every stage of the process

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in PPI, financial mis-selling, or consumer litigation (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence handling clients and managing competing deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
