Personal Injury Paralegal – Catastrophic Injury – Manchester

Expect to be exposed to the full range of complex, technical injury claims from Chronic Injury to high-value catastrophic injury / large loss, including serious head and spinal injury work. This is a rare opportunity to support on complex catastrophic injury and clinical negligence cases — with structured development, expert mentoring, and a clear path to progression.

What you can expect

  • Assist solicitors on serious injury claims including brain, spinal, amputation and fatal cases
  • Draft witness statements, pleadings and court documents
  • Analyse medical evidence, liability and quantum
  • Attend JSMs, mediations and expert conferences
  • Contribute to high-profile cases valued between £100K–£1M+

More about you

We welcome applications from motivated paralegals with a strong litigation foundation. In particular, experience in RTA, EL/PL, OL, industrial disease or clinical negligence would be beneficial. Furthermore, we are looking for strong drafting, research and analytical skills.

All candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and be eager to learn and develop.
