Ways of working: London 3 days a week in office/2 days from home

The role ..

An exciting opportunity to join the SERVED team to head up their On Trade channel as this channel grows exponentially. Reporting to the Founders, the brand is looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious individual to execute and On Trade strategy that is already thriving. This is a brand that is making real waves in the On Trade, you will have one direct report however it is expected for you be that 'player manager' being hands on but keeping the long term vision at the back of your mind.

From the drinks industry you must be comfortable rolling those sleeves up whilst keeping your eye on the long term strategy. Having a successful track record in the On Trade is a must whilst demonstrating a growth mindset. If you are ambitious, self-sufficient, commercial and a team player then this role is for you. You will know the On Trade scene, understand the trends and be super enthusiastic in growing the SERVED brand.

Who are SERVED?

Co-owned by Ellie Goulding, SERVED has quickly become one of the fastest growing FMCG brands in the UK,with Heineken acquiring a significant minority stake in September 2023. Their award-winning drinks are made for modern lifestyles without compromising flavour, and their range includes ready-to-drink cocktails and draught cocktails, made using only the finest natural and sustainably sourced ingredients and premium spirits.

SERVED was the fastest growing RTD spirit brand in the UK off trade in 2024 and is now available in 20,000+distribution points across including Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Co-Op, Ocado, Spar, WHSmith, Shell, MFG,Londis, Budgens, Bestway group, Booker (amongst others) with a number of additional large On Trade national listings launching in H1 2025.
