Mission

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospect clients, encouraging them to purchase memberships.
  • Following structured call scripts and accurately logging interactions.
  • Communicating the value and benefits of the memberships, tailoring approach based on customer profiles.
  • Overcoming objections and confidently closing sales.
  • Meeting individual and team sales targets.
Profile

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in strong sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging phone manner.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and handle objections with professionalism.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales goals.
  • Ability to adapt to different client responses while following key messaging.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to log call details accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call software (a plus).
  • Enthusiasm for luxury brands and fashion is desirable.
