Vacancy: Lettings Negotiator

Location: South Kensington

Salary: £25k basic, £45k OTE Year 1, £55k - £60k Year 2

Hours/Days: 9am - 6pm, 5 days per week, working Saturdays with a day off in the week.

Our client is a premier estate agency specializing in luxury lettings and property management in the heart of Kensington, with a reputation for excellence and a client portfolio that includes some of the most exclusive properties in London.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Negotiator, youll be at the forefront of our clients business, showcasing exquisite homes to discerning clients and making their property dreams a reality. Youll play a vital role in matching clients with their perfect rental property while building long-term relationships with Landlords and Tenants alike

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting viewings of high-end properties across KensingtoN

Developing and managing relationships with landlords and tenants

Negotiating rental agreements and securing the best deals for all parties

Managing a pipeline of leads and ensuring targets are consistently met

Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property legislation

Candidate specification:

Experience: at least 2 years experience as a Lettings Negotiator working in the Mid to high end markets within London

Communication Skills: The ability to engage and influence high-caliber clients with confidence and professionalism

Driven & Ambitious: Thrive in a target-driven environment and be motivated by commission

Knowledge of the Kensington Area: A significant advantage but not essential
