Our client are a prestigious and well-established real estate agency who have a fantastic reputation in
Prime Central London
are looking to add a
Senior Lettings Negotiator
to join their expanding team.

Ideally, you will have a proven track record in high-end property lettings, a deep understanding of the
Prime Central London
market, and market appraisal experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire lettings process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords & tenants
  • Negotiate rental terms and secure tenancy agreements
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a lettings negotiator role, preferably within Prime Central London.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ideally, ARLA Propertymark qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.

Our client will be offering upto a £40k Basic Salary + Tiered Commission & £60-70k OTE.
