Role: Senior Lettings Negotiator

Location: Prime Central London

Proper Recruitment have proudly been tasked with sourcing a motivated, go getter on behalf of a successful independent estate agency in Prime Central London who are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

Responsibilities
:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Conducting viewings and market appraisals
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Providing expert advice to clients
  • Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
  • Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
  • Anti money laundering checks

Requirements
:

  • A keen interest in; [ARLA a bonus]
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A full UK driving licence

Salary
:

  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum

On Target Earnings [OTE]

  • £55k+
