About the role
**Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract**
As part of the Regulatory team, the Regulatory Compliance & Data Administrator will play an integral role in supporting the Regulatory Team in the management of regulatory ingredient, raw material, formulation and product data. By working closely with wider teams, you will work to collect, validate and input regulatory data into the regulatory database and product data management system. You will have a passion for cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and data, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. You will also have a good understanding of the ingredients, raw materials, formulations, and the global cosmetic regulatory landscape.
As Regulatory Compliance & Data Administrator you will
- Provide support for the Regulatory team by collecting information and documents on existing and new raw materials and formulations and ensuring that data is recorded correctly.
- Accurately review raw material and formulation information for compliance against international cosmetics and chemical regulations, and internal requirements.
- Assist with the input and maintenance of regulatory information and data.
- Build up a knowledge of our ingredient and product formula portfolio.
- Maintain that portfolio on the database and system as reformulations and renovations occur.
- To collect, collate and check historical data.
- To work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Provide general administration support to the team.
Who you will work with

About you
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Passionate about cosmetic ingredients, formulations and regulations.
- Passionate about data management, accuracy & reporting.
- Highly organised and enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time.
- Be self-driven, result-orientated and have excellent communication skills.
- Team player with a great can-do attitude.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook).
- Degree in Life Sciences or Cosmetic Science, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in cosmetic ingredients, formulations, or regulations.
- Previous experience in data management desirable.
