We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team.
The Role
We're seeking an Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow across Sales, Operations, and Finance. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, confident, multitasking, and comfortable communicating with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks across Sales and Operations
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Arrange meetings, travel, and office events
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records
- Assist with invoicing and basic finance tasks
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries
- Support process improvements and ad-hoc projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an administrative or office management role
- Background in business services (FM, Fire & Security) is beneficial
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with management tools (e.g., simPRO) or accounting software is a plus
- Professional, discreet, and able to work independently
- Driving licence
