Customer Account Manager

Based at our Offices & Distribution facility, the Customer Account Manager plays a vital role within our business, working closely with new and existing regional customers within a fast paced and exciting sales driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and successful sales department in a market leading business with a loyal customer base.
This permanent position will operate on a 40hrs per week basis between Monday and Friday, with 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays mornings as part of a rota pattern. Following a successful training & induction period the role will carried out on a hybrid basis to include at least 3 days per week based in our sales offices in Warrington (Tuesday to Thursday).
The basic salary plus performance related bonuses for this role could be up to £35,000 plus the additional benefits listed below
The Day to day:
- Work closely with existing and new customers, building relationships, maximising sales opportunities via outbound and inbound telephone calls.
- Work towards personal and team driven sales and departmental targets.
- Optimise account development around new product introductions, seasonal promotions or offers, generating new and repeat sales.
