Our Wealth Product Operations team
Our Wealth Product Operations team oversees the day-to-day operations for Monzo's Savings, Investment, and Pensions products. We focus on optimising processes to help us scale safely, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Risk & Compliance teams to deliver a great experience for millions of users.

We're looking for a Senior Wealth Product Operations Specialist for a 12 month FTC to cover caregiver leave. You'll be part of a small, cross-functional team responsible for driving operational improvements, managing third-party integrations, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.This role reports into the Wealth Operations Lead.

You'll play a key role by...

  • Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance our growth and scalability
  • Working closely with third parties that Monzo integrates with to administer wealth products
  • Ad hoc project manage the implementation of new initiatives, such as supplier integrations, where appropriate
  • Monitor key performance and risk indicators to improve customer experience and operational performance
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and escalations, regularly reviewing process to incorporate best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with Monzo policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Customer Service teams to ship our roadmap

We'd love to hear from you if you have…

  • A proven track record in designing and managing operations within regulated financial services
  • Previous experience in securities and investment operations, including dealing, custody, transfers, or product administration
  • Familiarity with applicable FCA and HMRC rules, such as CASS and ISA Regulations
  • Experience in launching and scaling consumer products, including working with third-party providers
  • A strong ability to drive tangible outcomes, thrive in ambiguity, and challenge the status quo with structured problem-solving
  • An analytical and detail-oriented approach to developing scalable operational strategies and identifying key metrics for success
  • Collaborative and persuasive communication skills, enabling you to work effectively across different teams and levels
  • A humble, curious, and enthusiastic mindset, along with a knack for learning quickly and scaling new initiatives
