If you are passionate about digital transformation and keen to learn about delivering the market leading Client Lifecycle Managing solution to the Wealth Management industry, apply now
Who are we?

- We provide Relationship Managers with a multi-award winning digital Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, offering 360-degree access to their client.
- We are a global leader in end-to end CLM. Wealth Dynamix has offices and clients in three continents with headquarters in the UK.
What is the role?
This job description sets out the scope of the role of the Internal Project Manager / SaaS Product Release Manager at Wealth Dynamix. It does not include or define all tasks which the post holder may be expected to carry out. Duties may vary from time to time without changing the nature of the post or the level of responsibility.
Main Purpose of Role
As a Project Manager / SaaS Product Release Manager, you will oversee the delivery of product initiatives across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will be responsible for enforcing process discipline within the internal product team, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and scope are met. Unlike client-facing project managers, your focus will be internal execution excellence — driving alignment between engineering, product, and operations to ensure timely SaaS releases and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
This role requires a strong communicator and facilitator who thrives in a fast paced SaaS environment, balancing agility with rigor to deliver high-quality outcomes. On occasions you will be expected to take on smaller client facing roles in parallel to managing the internal product release deliverables.
Main Responsibilities
- Delivery Leadership: Facilitate ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) for the SaaS product team.
- Release Management: Coordinate SaaS release cycles, project planning and milestone tracking, ensuring smooth deployments, quality assurance, and post-release validation.
- Milestone Tracking: Ensure product roadmaps are aligned with sprint deliverables and track progress against SaaS delivery milestones.
- Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to ensure SaaS deployments are seamless and predictable.
- Process Discipline: Maintain a high standard of delivery rigor to the SaaS environment (continuous delivery, CI/CD pipelines).
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, use standard RIAD log management, escalate where necessary, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Internal Stakeholder Reporting: Provide structured reporting to senior stakeholders (e.g., Head of Development, Head of Product) with clear progress updates.
- Team Management: Ensure timesheets are completed and approved weekly, maintain resource plans for the product team, monitor their utilisation and availability, flagging bottlenecks, overallocations or skills gaps, track and analyse planned versus actual work completed.
Why should you apply?
- This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing FinTech environment with excellent career progression available.
- With a global client base the role offers an opportunity to experience a wide variety of digital transformation projects – each with their own unique requirements and opportunities.
- We take career progression seriously, with investment into the WDX Academy for new and existing employee learning and development.
- You will learn a lot with exposure to multiple complex client needs.
Who is best suited to this role?
- A minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years working with SDLC projects.
- Proven experience managing SaaS product development projects.
- Strong background as a project manager or release manager in fast-paced SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of release management and continuous delivery practices.
- Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders with confidence.
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering on time, within scope.
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- FinTech or Wealth Management SaaS experience desirable but not essential.
We believe we offer career defining opportunities and are on a journey that will build awesome memories in a diverse and inclusive culture. If you are looking for more than just a job, get in touch.
