Your key responsibilities as a Head of Wealth Products will include:

  • Defining the product vision and managing the roadmap to establish a world-class, innovative, and profitable suite of wealth products.
  • Providing thought leadership on client needs and regulatory changes, using market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Leading the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and optimisation, ensuring alignment across internal teams.
  • Building and nurturing strategic partnerships, including identifying M&A opportunities and integrating third-party offerings.
  • Leading and developing a geographically dispersed team, supporting talent and ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Ensuring product compliance with industry standards and legal requirements, and reporting regularly to executive leadership.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Head of Wealth Products:

  • You must have extensive product management or product strategy experience in the fund industry, ideally with a background in fund distribution.
  • You will bring significant exposure to the global fund management industry and a strong understanding of European regulations.
  • You should have experience managing teams across multiple locations and working in an international environment.
  • You will demonstrate excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
  • You must be adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
