MOTH Mgmt is a talent management and production agency. We represent a new wave of creators and digital talent – from YouTubers and podcasters to content-led personalities who influence culture across platforms. We help talent scale their content, expand their reach, and build long-term careers across entertainment, media, and IP.
We're looking for a
talent and Production Coordinator
who lives and breathes digital content – someone who's highly organised, confident managing production workflows, and deeply familiar with
YouTube, podcasts
, and creator-led content.
You'll work closely with our co founder and creators to keep
content pipelines running smoothly
, from
uploads and post-production schedules
to
asset coordination and performance tracking
.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on production support role that blends creative coordination with sharp admin skills. You'll be responsible for making sure videos and podcasts go live on time, that assets are delivered, and post-production runs efficiently — while also tracking performance, schedules, and creator uploads.
Key Responsibilities Content Production & Scheduling
Manage and update
production calendars
and content schedules for YouTube, podcasts, and branded content.Oversee
post-production timelines
: liaise with editors, thumbnail designers, and freelancers to ensure deadlines are met.Track and manage
approval processes
for branded content – from drafts to final delivery.
Uploads & Platform Management
Handle
YouTube video uploads
: prep metadata (titles, descriptions, tags), end screens, and thumbnails.Schedule and upload
podcast episodes
across platforms (Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts, etc.).Coordinate rollout timelines to align with campaigns or content strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on
YouTube and podcast analytics
: views, CTR, retention, RPM, subscriber growth.Compile
weekly or campaign-specific performance summaries
for internal teams and talent.Identify insights to help inform future content decisions.
Admin & Asset Coordination
Maintain organised digital folders of creative assets (e.g. footage, audio files, thumbnails).
Log campaign briefs, delivery timelines, and approvals across content workflows.
Raise invoices, manage job sheets, and keep admin systems up to date.
Book travel and coordinate logistics when needed for shoots or appearances.
About You
1 + years' experience in
content production
,
digital media
, or a creator management environment.Working knowledge of
YouTube Studio
, podcast platforms, and digital asset workflows.Must have experience working with creator talent
Highly organised with excellent time and task management – you thrive in spreadsheets, trackers, and timelines.
Confident communicating with creators, editors, and managers.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once, with a calm, solutions-first approach.
- Familiar with creative tools like Canva, , Notion, or (a plus, not essential).
Nice to Have
Experience coordinating content production for YouTube channels or podcasts.
Understanding of channel growth and podcast distribution.
A passion for creator culture, digital storytelling, and media production.
