Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing administrative tasks, mainly involving extracting leads from an online portal, and sending out information. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales administration processes.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel to assist in sales strategy discussions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
- Maintain an organised filing system for all sales documentation.
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, for daily tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience in a sales administration role or similar administrative position is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Experience with CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and strong IT skills are necessary.
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
