The Role:  We're looking for a Senior Account Executive with ambition, resilience, and sharp commercial instincts to join our high-performing team at 32Co. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare scale-up at a pivotal moment and play a leading role in shaping the future of healthtech.
In this role, you'll own the full sales cycle: from qualifying leads to closing high-value deals. Your focus will be on UK-based clinical groups, engaging business owners and C-suite executives across multiple channels. You'll work both quality inbound leads and high-value strategic accounts, with uncapped commission and potential to far exceed targets. Beyond sales execution, you'll be empowered to help shape and execute our commercial strategy with fast-tracked progression, no growth ceiling, and the chance to develop and progress rapidly alongside the company. With a customer satisfaction rating of 4.97 out of 5 , you'll be equipped with a high-quality product that sets you and your clients up for success.

  • Own the full sales cycle for high value accounts, from individual clinicians to groups 
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Ops, and Product to feed customer insights back into strategy and shape 32Co's offering.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our platform and become proficient in engaging in conversations with high value clinicians and clinical groups, translating technical features into valuable solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position 32Co's solutions as the ideal choice for our prospects.
  • Proactively drive growth by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects through smart outbound strategies.
What are we looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong track record of closing deals and exceeding targets. 
  • Driven, curious, and excited about improving healthcare through technology.
  • A growth mindset - passionate about levelling up and always looking to improve. 
  • Coachability and openness to feedback. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
