We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing family-led team from January 2026.
About the Role
You will be responsible for progressing sales from valuation through to completion, carrying out viewings, negotiating offers, maintaining great client relationships, and providing a high level of communication and service throughout the selling and buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and follow-up communication
- Negotiate offers and progress sales pipelines
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
- Provide regular updates to clients and maintain accurate records
- Support with marketing, property listings, photography, floorplans, and social media when needed
- Represent the Elwy brand with professionalism and a friendly, people-first approach
About You
- Estate agency experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive and highly organised
- Excellent customer-service skills with a genuine passion for property
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close, supportive team
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
