**About Us**:
Pario Leisure Group is a rapidly growing family-run leisure organization that owns and operates holiday parks across the picturesque North Wales coast. With a portfolio of four thriving locations and ambitious expansion plans on the horizon, we are seeking a versatile and innovative Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

Our current locations include the iconic family fun park Marine Holiday Park, Rhyl, our boutique countryside escape Tan Rallt Holiday Park & Spa, our owner exclusive retreat Bryn Defaid, Llysfaen, and our coastal holiday park Gimblet Rock Holiday Park, Pwllheli.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the Pario Leisure Group brand
- Oversee the marketing activities for all four locations, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market
- Collaborate with various departments to create effective content that captivates our holiday homeowner community and enhances the online presence of our holiday parks
- Manage website updates, upload caravan listings, and enhance digital content to optimize SEO
- Oversee digital calendar updates across parks, ensuring engaging and informative content
- Manage and optimize social media channels, including paid search, display, and social advertising, to support business growth and align strategies with overarching marketing goals

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role
- Passion for digital marketing with a strong interest in data and analytics
- Highly motivated individual with a solid understanding of commercial principles
- Proficiency in using analytics and campaign planning tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Meta, Mailchimp, Social ads, and Wordpress
- Excellent communication skills
