We're looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with a flair for content creation, strong attention to detail and a passion for social media. You'll be responsible for producing engaging digital content, managing schedules and helping to drive brand presence across key platforms — all within a fun, fast-paced and supportive environment.

You'll be joining a friendly team that values collaboration, creativity and a good laugh. We work hard, celebrate wins and enjoy regular team outings and socials throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish original content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok — including posts, graphics, short videos and reels
  • Manage content calendars and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite
  • Proof and check all content to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy
  • Monitor basic analytics to identify performance trends and areas for improvement
  • Respond to comments, messages and reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Keep up with platform trends, formats and best practices to produce standout content
  • Support the wider marketing team with campaign rollouts, promotions and product launches
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone on a regular basis — strong communication skills and a confident, friendly manner are essential

What We're Looking For

  • Some experience in a social media or digital content role is preferred but not essential
  • Must have a minimum GCSE English grade C or 4 — strong grammar and writing skills are essential for content creation and proofreading
  • Confident using Meta Business Suite to manage and schedule content
  • Proficient in Canva and other editing tools, with a good eye for design and branding
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative tools (e.g. Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a bonus
  • Naturally creative, with the ability to generate fresh, engaging ideas
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks or platforms at once
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
