We're looking for an experienced
Compliance Senior Manager
to join a leading financial institution on a
6-month FTC
. This is an ideal opportunity for a compliance professional who is
immediately available
and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advice and support to business areas, working closely with the Head of Compliance & MLRO.
  • Manage compliance advisory and monitoring activities across key business lines.
  • Oversee and maintain SMCR frameworks.
  • Conduct horizon scanning, regulatory change assessments, and deliver guidance or training as needed.
  • Review and approve financial promotions and other communications.
  • Lead on Consumer Duty oversight and complaints management.
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting, KRI preparation, and management committee reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Compliance within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of FCA and PRA regulations (COBS, BCOBS, MCOBS, CASS, CONC, SYSC, SUP, DISP).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Degree-level education (Compliance or CISI qualifications desirable).
  • Confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
