Reports to: Business Analysis Manager

Department: Business Transformation

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation team. This role is key to driving change across the bank, supporting the delivery of efficient, customer-focused solutions through expert analysis and collaboration.

You'll work across departments to define requirements, shape business cases, and ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives that align with HTB's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and document requirements for new systems and enhancements
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create process flows and functional/non-functional specifications
  • Support user acceptance testing and defect triage
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, architects, and suppliers
  • Develop business cases and support funding requests
  • Mentor other Business Analysts and promote best practices
  • Identify inter-project dependencies and share knowledge across teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements

You'll collaborate with business sponsors, subject matter experts, operational teams, IT, and external suppliers to deliver impactful change.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in business analysis and system implementation
  • Strong analytical and abstract reasoning skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience in financial services or lending is desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry-standard change methodologies
  • A curious mindset and a collaborative approach
