Data Administrator

Location: Remote

Salary: £26,208 pro rata

Hours: 30 hours (Tuesday to Friday)

Contract Type: Fixed term until April 2026

Are you a detail-driven administrator with a passion for data accuracy and supporting impactful learning programmes? Join HIT Training as a Data Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our Adult Skills Fund (ASF) initiatives and support the wider team with additional projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and prioritising daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate learner and employer records in line with funding and company guidelines.
  • Ensuring full GDPR compliance across all data handling processes.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to internal and external communications.
  • Keeping systems and portals up to date through regular training and development.
  • Providing wider administrative and data support across the business when needed.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data. You'll have:

  • Experience in the Work-Based Learning sector and familiarity with the Digital Apprenticeship Service.
  • Proficiency in systems such as CRM, MIS, DAS, and AO.
  • A strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles.
  • Solid office skills, including Excel and database management.
  • Knowledge of Apprenticeship Funding rules (desirable but not essential).
