Responsibilities

As an Activities Coordinator, your role involves planning and organising and leading a variety of activities tailored to individual needs and preferences.

You will encourage and support residents to participate in individual and group events and regularly review and adapt activities to meet their changing needs. Additionally, you will coordinate logistics, manage resources, and ensure activities run smoothly and safely.The role may include lone working and 1-1 support in the community.

Qualifications

Previous experience working as an Activity Coordinator or in a similar role within a residential or mental health care setting is essential for this role.

Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a person centered approach. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align ours here at Making Space.
