Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a Support Worker at AM2PM Quality Care Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, autism, and special needs, embodying our values of care and prevention. This position is based in the Crawley.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised support to clients with disabilities, autism, Mental Health and other special needs.
  • Assist clients with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Implement individualised care plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Support behavioral interventions using techniques such as applied behavior analysis.
  • Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
  • Document client progress and report any concerns to supervisors.
  • Foster a respectful and caring environment that encourages client empowerment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
  • Knowledge of applied behaviour analysis and autism support strategies.
  • Ability to administer medication safely.
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate nature.
  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare or social care are preferred.
  • Experience in special education is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
