Role Overview

As a Junior Customer Service Assistant, you will support our customer-facing operations by assisting with enquiries, providing helpful information, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer. This is an ideal role for someone starting their career, looking to develop strong communication and customer service skills within the marketing industry. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer enquiries across various marketing campaigns
  • Provide clear, friendly, and professional support both in person and over the phone
  • Offer accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Record and update customer details and feedback
  • Help resolve basic issues or direct queries to the appropriate team
  • Represent client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Support the wider team with daily tasks and ongoing marketing activities
  • Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions

Requirements

  • No previous customer service experience required – full training provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, positive, and confident attitude

  • Ability to work well in a team and handle a fast-paced environment
