Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. xero accounts knowledge is essential, The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative tasks, team management, and human resources. This role requires excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail to support our team effectively.

Duties

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and assist with budgeting processes.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
  • Ensure effective communication within the office and with external stakeholders.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.

Skills

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for managing financial records.
  • Strong team management skills with experience in supervising staff.
  • Solid understanding of human resources practices and principles.
  • Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks is required.
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail in documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
