We're looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping long-term partnerships with our customers. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of valued clients, help them achieve success, and identify new opportunities to grow our business together.
You'll be the trusted point of contact for your accounts — building strong relationships, understanding their goals, and ensuring they get the most value from our products and services
What that means day to day
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Build trusted partnerships with key senior business executives and stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to client queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive growth.
- Work towards and achieve ambitious individual sales and retention targets.
- Build a strong internal network to support effective client management and uncover ongoing revenue opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of client needs to ensure alignment with company solutions and strategy.
What you'll need to be successful
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing role. Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of delivering client-focused solutions that meet business needs and drive customer satisfaction. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail. Results-oriented, with a focus on client retention, relationship growth, and business success.
