Front of House Manager – RNAS Culdrose

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer care every day
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
  • Manage displays, counters, and seating areas to the highest hygiene and visual standards
  • Handle stock, cash, and paperwork with accuracy and integrity
  • Drive sales through great product knowledge and proactive upselling
  • Champion training, team development, and company values

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading a front-of-house or hospitality team
  • A confident communicator who inspires and motivates others
  • Strong organisational skills and a passion for excellence
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willing to obtain)
