Nested Support is looking for passionate and dedicated care workers to join our small team. Based in Buxton, our home care agency is devoted to offering exceptional support and care at home, and finding the right candidates who align with our values is essential to our mission.

You will receive training and support related to health conditions from our clinical lead, a practising GP, and training providers will assist you in completing NVQ levels 2, 3, 4, and 5, along with other programmes you choose to pursue.

As a care worker with Nested Support, you'll have the chance to genuinely make a difference in individuals' lives by delivering personal, social, and domestic care in a way that promotes their independence and helps them reach their goals. Your responsibilities will include providing companionship, administering medication, accompanying individuals to appointments and events, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and documenting visits and incidents through our online system.

Nested Support offers a competitive salary of £12.70 per hour, a mileage allowance of 45p per mile, an additional supplementary fee may apply,28 days of paid holiday per year, paid mandatory training, and a paid advanced DBS check. We also provide regular in-house training from qualified clinicians and experienced senior care staff, a work mobile phone, and opportunities for advancement.
