Your role:
We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You'll bring passion, enthusiasm, and hands-on experience across all areas of paid media—particularly in supporting brand, product, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns.
You have a strong understanding of how paid advertising works across multiple channels and the impact it has on engagement and conversion.
In this role, you'll take the executional lead on a wide range of paid media activities, working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the wider digital team. You're a true team player - ready to contribute ideas, add value, and step in to support where needed.
A solid understanding of general marketing principles -including campaign planning, messaging development, creative execution, and ROI tracking - is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paid media professional looking to take the next step in their career.
Your responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn and Facebook while partnering closely with the Senior Paid Media Manager on high-level strategy
- Continuously track, optimise and test campaigns aimed to drive greater engagement and conversions
- Work closely with SEO and Website Manager to ensure paid campaigns are optimised to complement organic efforts
- Support the wider marketing team initiatives through planning and managing complementary paid campaigns
- Collaborate with the Content team to produce quality ad copy tailored to each media channel
About you:
- 2+ years executing and managing B2B paid digital campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and X, Display and Retargeting
- Google Analytics and/or other digital and media analytics
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
